Predio Playa del Socorro is a 310 acre housing development with 1.5 miles of beach on the Santa María Bay.
The first phase of the project, Playa del Socorro, is a 128-lot subdivision. Each lot is approximately 54 by 125 feet (16.5 x 38.5 meters) with sewer, running water, power (120/249 volts), private security, public lighting with utilities underground.
There is a 2,500 ft long airstrip open to the public, located in the small American settlement of El Socorrito, right next door. And you will also find a 6,000 ft paved airstrip in both El Rosario and San Quintin, good for any type of private airplane.
